Active ingredients

Organic White Rose leaf Extract

This vegetal cell evens and brightens your complexion while diminishing uneven skin pigmentation. Its extract has a dual action: protecting the skin from external stress by improving cellular oxygenation and supporting the natural mechanisms that maintain radiance by regulating keratinocyte and melanocyte activity.

Cold pressed organic virgin Linseed oil

Linseed is a good source of manganese, vitamin B1, and magnesium, but is also a major powerhouse when it comes to omega-3 fatty acids. Flaxseed is also high in “lignans,” a type of phytoestrogen. Omega-3 fatty acids help your skin stay smooth and hydrated, while the lignans help reconstruct broken blood vessels and skin cells, and antioxidants protect the skin from free radicals and UV rays. This results in skin that is hydrated, moist, and smooth, thereby reducing the look of fine lines, wrinkles, and dullness.

Cold pressed organic virgin Raspberry oil

Raspberry seed oil is rich in EFAs (essential fatty acids), primarily linoleic and linolenic acids. It contains very high levels of tocopherols (Vitamin E), which act as antioxidants, and carotenoids (Vitamin A). Tocopherols (Vitamin E) and Carotenoids (Vitamin A) stimulate collagen production, stimulate cell repair and reduce the appearance of damaged skin. It is also a perfect oil to prepare your skin for sun exposure as it has the ability to absorb UV rays.

Organic mango butter

Mango butter is cold pressed from the fruit’s interior edible seedIt is very rich in phytosterols, potent antioxidants, that help fight ageing by stimulating collagen production. Mango butter’s high Vitamin C content brightens, firms and plumps the skin.

Cold pressed organic virgin Avocado oil

A natural by-product, it comes from the pressed pulp of the avocado. The beta carotene, protein, lecithin, fatty acids, and vitamins A, D, and E found in avocado oil help moisturize and protect your skin from damaging UV rays and increase collagen metabolism. The fatty acids are key for regenerating, rebuilding, and giving it a bouncy boost. The high dose of phytosterols (plant compounds) in the oil help to prevent loss of moisture and keep skin hydrated, and the antioxidants will work to neutralise free radicals that attack skin cells.

Vegan low molecular weight hyaluronic acid

Hyaluronic acid is a molecule able to retain 1000 times its own weight in water. Naturally present in the skin, it plays an essential role in the skin’s structure. Its low molecular weight allows it to penetrate deeper into the skin’s structure, providing maximum below-the-surface hydration and in turn rehydrating skin cells over time. Because of its ability to draw and hold water, it will improve skin elasticity making the skin appear more supple and youthful.

Good to know

Before buying any cosmetic product find out the percentages of ORGANIC and ACTIVE ingredients.

A cosmetic product can be labelled as organic as long as it contains a measly 12% of organic ingredients.  It is for this exact reason that brands rarely choose to advertise the percentage of organic ingredients on pack. When formulating our Radiance Cream, we chose to use the maximum possible percentage of organic ingredients (81%) and not the minimum. The law compels brands to list all of their ingredients (INCI) but it doesn’t ask them to list their active ingredients.  We choose to do this. It is 88% for our Radiance Cream.

The disadvantages of mineral oils

According to dermatologists, mineral oils can damage the skin’s natural barrier. Mineral oils are derived from petroleum and cannot penetrate the skin due to their high molecular weight.  They therefore stay on the skin’s surface which facilitates sun damage and premature ageing.

Dosage

Suitable for adults. Avoid the eye contour area. Apply to your face and gently massage for a few seconds.
